Welcome to EBACFIT health and fitness, we started EBACFIT to help spread our passion for fitness. We believe that in order to live a long, healthy life we all need to embrace exercise and incorporate it into our everyday routine.
  While I've always been passionate about pursuing fitness I haven't always been atop of it. As a matter a fact for a great deal of my life I led a very sendentary profession and like so many others, it took it's toll physically and mentally.
  Before I adopted a more healthy life I worked in the Information Technology sector for over 15 years, limited time and stress really affected me over the years. I was unhealthy and not in a peaceful state of mind, I found that exercise helped but I used more excuses than actually sticking to anything consistent. After my doctor delivered some rather hard to digest news about my health I took exercise more seriously and was able to stick to a routine.
  During the next couple years I developed more interest in general nutrition and various fitness modalities. I loved the internal boost I felt from exercise and I had consistency for the first time, I gained a better sense of self and peace. I was always hungry to learn more, soon I met an individual who introduced me to technical boxing, I fell in love with the exercise and the physical and mental affects were phenomenal.
 With that I decided to enroll in a full time Personal Training program and earned my new title as Personal Trainer, shortly thereafter I introduced training to my professional menu. Upon completion of the program I took several more sub-certifications which provided me a robust base to incorporate my style in, I trained at a few big-box gyms and personal studios as well as within client's homes or mine. The picture above represents me at a younger albeit unhealthy place, the one to the left is current. I want to continue to bring my yearning of health and wellness to my friends, family, clients and selfishly, myself.
  As a dancer and actress, I was pressured to be stage and camera ready everyday. I began struggling with keeping my weight down and ended up gaining about 30 lbs. I was just a regular girl with the hope and dreams of finding my way in life, completely unaware of how to get there. Little did I know that the gifts that are given to you at birth are the very gifts that are meant to have a positive influence in your life’s relationships, and in work.

   I was encouraged to begin training in boxing. I developed the discipline and skills it takes to “train like a fighter” and loved it. It was pretty hard training, but I felt like I could do anything. I saw my body change and lost over 30 lbs. That’s when I discovered that all it took was mental toughness and the commitment to do my workouts everyday. So I became a certified personal trainer. Shortly there after, I began to design a boxing and functional training program for my clients.
  
   Boxing is a passion of mine and it has taught me to live a balanced and spiritual life. I want to motivate others with boxing and functional training practices and to encourage people to become stronger mentally, physically and spiritually.
